1. Orders and Purchases

Please carefully review all product information, sizing, color selections, shipping details, and preorder timelines before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information at checkout.

All purchases are appreciated, and each Pretty Privilege piece is created with our customers in mind.

2. Preorders

Preordered items are expected to arrive within 2 to 6 weeks. Production and fulfillment times may vary.

Once your order arrives, it will be processed and shipped as promptly as possible. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

3. No Refunds

All sales are final. Pretty Privilege does not offer refunds or cancellations.

This policy applies to clothing, preorders, digital products, and other purchases unless otherwise stated by Pretty Privilege.

Please make sure you are comfortable with the product details and preorder timeline before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping

Pretty Privilege is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, weather conditions, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

5. Product and Sizing

Customers are encouraged to review the product description and size chart before purchasing. Pretty Privilege is not responsible for incorrect size selections made by the customer.

Product colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and individual device settings.

6. Digital Products

The Pretty Privilege Verified Vendor eBook is a digital product and is non-refundable.

The eBook includes vendor resources for clothing, hair, lashes, slippers, and other business-related products, along with helpful tips for starting and growing a business.

Purchasers may receive 10% off eligible branding materials through DelsDesignStudio, including logos, websites, thank-you cards, and more.

7. Brand Ambassador Program

Brand ambassador opportunities may include 50% off eligible Pretty Privilege sets. Ambassadors are expected to follow Pretty Privilege on all required social media platforms and tag the brand when posting approved content.

Participation requirements may change at the discretion of Pretty Privilege.

8. Intellectual Property

All Pretty Privilege logos, brand names, photographs, written content, designs, and other website materials are the property of Pretty Privilege and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Changes to Terms

Pretty Privilege reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service, policies, products, and services at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website when applicable.
